Technician - Maintenance
Job Description:
Material shifting in requisite area with proper identification
Guide and supervise contract labors for support in machine operation
Follow superior instructions ruthlessly
Lead the machine operating task
Fill machine log sheet and other documents as defined
Implement ISO in machine operation
Housekeeping
Can able to operate machine independently
Create friendly atmosphere among team
Calibration of equipment can be done as per schedule
Communicate with maintenance to keep extruder and other support equipment healthy
Communicate with QC department to identify OK and NC material separately
Communicate with support departments to get defined output and quality
