Quality Engineer (Assembly Line)
Job Description:
Process Monitoring & Improvement: Overseeing the assembly line for quality, identifying flaws, and implementing changes for efficiency.
Problem Solving: Conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) for issues.
Standards & Compliance: Developing and maintaining quality standards, test methods, and ensuring adherence to industry requirements.
Data Analysis: Collecting and analyzing quality metrics to track performance and drive improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with production, engineering, design, and supply chain teams to resolve issues.
SystemQul Support: Utilizing ERP/SAP systems and potentially APIs/SQL for quality management and reporting.
