Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage HR operations and sales team coordination for our lift and elevator business. The role involves handling attendance, HR documentation, performance tracking, and HRMS/CRM coordination using platforms such as Zoho, while supporting sales productivity and compliance.


Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Attendance

  • Manage daily attendance, leave, and working-hour tracking for the sales team

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

  • Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures

Sales Team Management & Coordination

  • Act as the HR point of contact for the sales team

  • Track sales team deployment, field attendance, and productivity

  • Coordinate between sales, management, and operations teams

Zoho HRMS / CRM Management

  • Handle employee data, attendance, and leave on Zoho HRMS

  • Maintain and update sales data, leads, and follow-ups in Zoho CRM

  • Generate regular MIS reports on attendance, sales performance, and activities

Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR and sales MIS reports

  • Track targets, incentives, and performance metrics of the sales team

  • Share reports with senior management for review and decision-making

Compliance & Process Management

  • Ensure HR compliance related to attendance, leaves, and documentation

  • Support payroll inputs, incentives, and reimbursements coordination

  • Maintain discipline and resolve attendance or reporting discrepancies


Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in HR operations and sales coordination

  • Hands-on knowledge of Zoho HRMS and Zoho CRM (mandatory/preferred)

  • Strong skills in attendance management and MIS reporting

  • Good Excel and documentation skills

  • Ability to coordinate with field sales teams

  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
