PLC PROGRAMMER

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a PLC Programmer with the following qualifications:

• 3-5 Years of experience in PLC programming.
• Proficiency in Mitsubishi PLC, particularly with Q Series and FX5U Series.
• Skilled in servo operation, with expertise in position and torque modes.
• Experience working with motion cards.

• PLC programming:

  Write code in various PLC programming languages like ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagrams to control machine functions based on sensor inputs and desired outputs. 
  

  • Hardware configuration:

    Set up and configure PLC hardware, including input/output modules, communication networks, and peripheral devices. 

     
  • Testing and debugging:

    Thoroughly test PLC programs on simulated environments and on the actual production floor to identify and resolve issues. 

     
  • Troubleshooting:

    Diagnose and fix malfunctions in PLC systems, including hardware failures, software errors, and communication problems. 

     
  • Documentation:

    Create detailed documentation of PLC programs, system layouts, wiring diagrams, and user manuals for future reference and maintenance. 

     
  • Integration with other systems:

    Integrate PLC systems with other manufacturing software like SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems). 

     
  • Collaboration:

    Work with engineers, technicians, and production personnel to understand requirements, implement changes, and optimize production processes.
