Designation: Activation Executive
Experience: 4 years 
Job Location: Andheri East
Salary Range:
 Best in industry + Benefits
Working Days: 6 days a week (Mon to Sat) and (Sun fixed off)
Work Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES 

On-ground Execution & Fabrication

  • Own end-to-end execution of fabrication and production of activation concepts and ideas.
  • Translate creative briefs into on-ground execution plans for build, finish, stability and functionality.
  • Execute fabrication across multiple material types including acrylic, metal, MDF, wood, foam, paperboard, and emerging materials.
  • Ensure the highest quality standards in finishing, durability, structure and detailing.

Print Production Expertise (Substrates, Inks & Special Finishes)

  • Have strong working knowledge of print processes such as offset, digital, flexo, screen, UV, and large-format printing.
  • Understand and recommend the right substrates/materials such as paper grades, corrugation, PVC, acrylic, foam board, vinyl, backlit film, etc.
  • Strong understanding of ink types including UV inks, solvent inks, eco-solvent, water-based inks, pigment, special inks (metallic, fluorescent, textured), and white ink usage.
  • Ensure print output is consistent with brand standards, high on readability and color accuracy (Pantone matching / color proofing).
  • Coordinate print proofing, sampling, production supervision, finishing options (lamination, emboss, foil, die-cut, laser cut, varnish, spot UV) and final QC.

POSM, Kits & Paper Packaging

  • Execute production of POSM elements, paper boxes, product kits, demo kits, sampler kits, and retail display assets.
  • Collaborate with packaging and printing vendors for prototyping and bulk production.
  • Ensure proper production specs, die-lines, structural stability and quality control prior to dispatch.

Electrical & Functional Setups

  • Coordinate and supervise electrical and functional setups (lighting, motors, sensors, wiring, power sources, switches, etc.).
  • Ensure safety, stability and reliability of electrical components for demos and activations.
  • Work with technicians to test, debug and troubleshoot working mechanisms.

Vendor Management

  • Maintain and manage own ecosystem of trusted vendors across fabrication, electrical, printing, packaging, and logistics.
  • Source vendors proactively for new material exploration and innovation builds.
  • Negotiate costing, timelines, quality benchmarks and deliverables.

Sourcing, Procurement & Cost Management

  • Own sourcing of all materials required for fabrication, printing, packaging, and execution projects.
  • Identify the best vendors, material alternatives and manufacturing routes to achieve both quality and cost efficiency.
  • Build cost estimates, BOQs, procurement plans, and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
  • Track, optimize and control costs through smart sourcing, rate benchmarking and vendor negotiation.
  • Proactively suggest material substitutions and scalable solutions to achieve required output within timelines and budgets.

Troubleshooting & Problem Solving

  • Be solution-oriented with the ability to preempt production challenges.
  • Troubleshoot fabrication, printing and execution issues quickly and creatively, even under tight deadlines.
  • Keep contingency plans ready and ensure last-mile execution is smooth and risk-free.

Speed, Ownership & Attention to Detail

  • Deliver with lightning speed and extreme attention to detail across finishing, structure, stability and visual accuracy.
  • Manage execution timelines with complete ownership and a calm, collected attitude under pressure.
  • Ensure OTIF delivery — On Time, In Full.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams: creative, scientific communication and client servicing to ensure alignment between concept and output.
  • Participate in brainstorms and contribute execution-friendly innovative ideas from a production perspective.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in event activations / fabrication / production / print execution / on-ground execution
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of printing workflows, substrates, inks, special finishes and production QA
  • Proven experience with fabrication workflows, materials, vendor management, and execution planning
  • Strong vendor network for fabrication, printing, electrical, POSM and packaging
  • High ownership mindset — proactive, responsive, and accountable for delivery
  • Ability to work at fast pace and deliver under tight timelines without compromising quality
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate issues early
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate internally and externally
