Technical Project Manager
Job Description:
* Partner with Design & Eng: Align Figma designs with API contracts; clarify edge cases, errors, empty states.
* Technical troubleshooting: You won’t code full‑time, but you can read PRs, run Postman calls, query SQL, check logs/dashboards, and help triage issues.
* Quality & testing: Ensure a layered test strategy (unit → integration → e2e/contract), solid UAT, and a crisp Definition of Done.
* Release & rollout: Plan feature flags, canary rollouts, and rollback paths. Publish release notes. Watch metrics/alerts post‑release and lead RCAs when needed.
* Stakeholder updates: Share clear weekly status—scope, schedule, risks, decisions—and keep everyone aligned.
* Data‑driven delivery: Tie each release to outcomes (Delivery %, NDR conversion, COD T+1 success, activation, retention, cost‑to‑serve) and measure them.
Must‑haves
* 3–5 years in project delivery in a startup/high‑growth setup.
* Strong Agile/Scrum/Kanban habits and great communication.
* Technical fluency to troubleshoot across UI, APIs, DB, and CI/CD (not a full‑time coder).
* Empathy for users and obsession with clean, simple execution.
