Job Description:
A Manager Accounts (or Accounting Manager) job involves overseeing daily financial operations, leading an accounting team, ensuring accurate financial reporting (like statements, budgets, forecasts), managing compliance with standards, and providing financial insights to support business strategy, requiring strong analytical skills and accounting expertise. They supervise staff, manage month-end closes, process payroll, and maintain financial records, acting as a key link to senior management for financial health.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Operations: Manage daily transactions, cash flow, payroll, and reconciliation of accounts.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and conduct analysis to guide decisions

- Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), regulations, and internal controls.
