EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Job Description:
• Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, appointments, and plan reviews.
• Communication: Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the company executive.
• Meeting Preparation: Organize meetings, gather relevant documents, and handle logistics.
• Travel Management: Make travel arrangements (both domestic and international) for the executive. Coordinate with travel agents and concierge services.
• Phone and Email Handling: Answer and respond to phone calls, conveying messages promptly. Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
. • Record Keeping: Maintain various records and documents for the company executive.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle printing, faxing, mail/overnight packages, copying, filing, and email management.
• Meeting Participation: Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and prepare initial drafts of meeting minutes and summaries.
Qualifications • Experience: 2-5 years of coordinator experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Technical Skills: o Basic proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook). o Strong follow-up skills are essential. Additional Skills
