Role & Responsibilities (R in BARE Fit)

Role Summary

The Content & Community Engagement Executive will be a core member of the marketing team, responsible for researching, curating, creating, and managing HR-focused content while building and engaging HR, recruiter, job-seeker, and business communities across digital platforms.

This role lies at the intersection of HR knowledge, content strategy, and community building.

KRA: Tasks / Activities

  • Research HR recruitment, talent acquisition, HR consulting, employer branding, people practices, and workplace trends

  • Curate high-quality HR content for LinkedIn, WhatsApp communities, blogs, newsletters, and campaigns

  • Translate complex HR concepts into clear, engaging, and actionable content

  • Plan and manage content calendars aligned with marketing and business goals

  • Repurpose long-form HR content into posts, captions, discussion prompts, and thought leadership snippets

  • Coordinate with recruitment and consulting teams for content accuracy and relevance

  • Support employer branding and founder-led thought leadership initiatives

  • Manage and actively engage HR, recruiter, job-seeker, and business communities (LinkedIn & WhatsApp)

  • Initiate discussions, polls, Q&A threads, and engagement activities

  • Capture community insights and feedback for future content and offerings

KPI: Performance Metrics

  • Consistency and quality of published HR content

  • Community engagement rate (responses, comments, participation)

  • Growth of LinkedIn and WhatsApp communities

  • Timely execution of content calendars

  • Relevance and accuracy of HR content

  • Contribution to employer branding visibility


Skills & Attitude (A in BARE Fit)

Required Skills

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Understanding or exposure to HR recruitment and HR consulting

  • Content research, curation, and content management experience

  • Ability to simplify HR concepts for diverse audiences

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and WhatsApp community management

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with B2B or HR-focused content

  • Basic understanding of employer branding

  • Newsletter or blog writing exposure

  • Content repurposing and campaign support experience
