Project Manager For Interior Industry at Byculla

Job Description:

Acts as the main point of contact between the company and clients

Manages projects end-to-end, from understanding client requirements to final delivery

Coordinates with internal teams like design, costing, operations, and planning

Handles multiple projects at the same time and ensures timely execution

Prepares budgets, tracks costs, and ensures projects stay within budget

Ensures designs match client brand guidelines and expectations

Prepares meeting notes and clear project briefs

Oversees quality checks at the factory and project sites

Manages vendors, exhibition organizers, and other external stakeholders

Ensures timely collection of payments and completion of documentation

Coordinates marketing materials like prints, brochures, and displays

Maintains proper project records and reports

Visits sites to track progress and keep clients informed

 Additional Details :

1. Working Days: 6 days (Monday to Saturday); any 2 Saturdays can be taken off

2. Gender Preference: Open (Male/Female)

3. Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

4. Salary: Junior – ₹35,000 per month | Senior – ₹50,000 per month

5. Location: Byculla (travel to Rabale manufacturing unit as and when required)

6. Experience Required: Fresher can be considered for Junior role; minimum 3 years for Senior role

7. Interview Process:

o 1st Round: Virtual

o 2nd Round: Face-to-face

8. Industry Background: Events, exhibitions, or architecture

9. Communication: Fluency in English required
