Job Description:

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – HR to lead and manage the complete HR function for our real estate operations in Pune. The role involves strategic HR planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR process optimization aligned with business goals.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR & Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational and business objectives

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership and department heads

  • Drive organizational development, manpower planning, and succession planning

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate, sales, site, and support roles

  • Design and execute workforce planning and budgeting

  • Strengthen employer branding and recruitment processes

Performance Management & Employee Engagement

  • Oversee performance appraisal systems, KPIs, and goal-setting frameworks

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and culture-building activities

  • Handle employee grievance management and disciplinary processes

Compensation, Payroll & Compliance

  • Manage payroll coordination, compensation structuring, incentives, and benefits

  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and labor laws (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, CLRA, etc.)

  • Liaise with external consultants, auditors, and labor authorities

HR Operations & Policies

  • Formulate, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and manuals

  • Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, exits, and HR documentation

  • Drive HR digitization and process improvement initiatives

Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs and execute L&D programs for leadership, sales, and site teams

  • Support capability building and leadership development initiatives


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent

  • 6–7 years of comprehensive HR experience, preferably in Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance

  • Experience in managing HR for sales-driven and site-based teams

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Proficiency in HRMS, payroll systems, and MS Office
