Job Description:
An HR Executive manages daily HR operations, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance, and compliance, acting as a link between staff and management to support organizational goals by implementing policies, managing talent, and fostering a productive environment. Key duties include talent acquisition, benefits administration, training coordination, payroll support, and ensuring adherence to labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Hiring: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees, plus running referral programs.
- Employee Relations: Addressing grievances, managing conflicts, and promoting a positive work culture.
- Performance Management:
Implementing performance reviews, training, and development programs.
- Policy & Compliance: Developing, updating, and enforcing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Admin & Records: Maintaining employee data, records, and managing HR software (HRIS/ATS).
- Compensation & Benefits: Administering compensation packages and benefit.
Core Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Knowledge: Thorough understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience: Background in HR operations, talent management, and employee engagement.
