Job Description:
An HR Executive in the mining industry manages the full employee lifecycle, ensuring high-productivity, safety compliance, and robust employee relations in demanding environments. Key duties include recruiting, payroll, labor law compliance, and employee well-being. The role demands strong interpersonal skills, 2–6 years of industrial experience, and HRMS software proficiency. 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manpower planning, screening, and hiring technical staff, engineers, and site laborers, often for remote locations.
  • Safety Compliance & Training: Ensuring compliance with rigorous labor laws, mining regulations, and safety standards (e.g., training, mandatory certifications).
  • Payroll & Administration: Managing site-specific payroll, attendance tracking, shift schedules, benefits, and statutory compliances (PF, ESI).
  • Employee Relations & Welfare: Addressing site-level grievances, fostering a positive culture, and managing on-site engagement.
  • Onboarding & Exit Management: Managing smooth onboarding of new hires and handling exit formalities (full & final settlement).
  • Performance Management: Conducting performance appraisals and supporting performance-driven initiatives. 
Requirements
  • Experience: 2–6 years of experience in HR, with a preference for industrial, mining, or heavy manufacturing backgrounds.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel).
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, or a related field.
  • System Knowledge: Familiarity with HRMS software (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors) is highly desirable.
