JD for HR Recruiter:

Role & Responsibilities
· Work with management to understand the staffing needs and define job requirements and qualifications.
· Utilize various sourcing methods, including linkedin, indeed, naukri, workindia, internshala, etc, job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract potential candidates.
· Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
· Coordinate and conduct interviews, both job-specific and behavioral, with candidates, ensuring a comprehensive assessment of their abilities and suitability for the role.
· Assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and soft skills to determine their suitability.
· Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
· Verify candidate references and employment history to ensure accuracy and reliability.
· Facilitate salary and benefit negotiations with the candidates.
· Work to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and orientation.
· Maintain a network of potential candidates and build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
· Generate recruitment reports and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement, share recruitment MIS with Management as per define timelines.

Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
· Minimum 7-8 years’ experience as a Recruiter( Non- IT).
· Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
· Great decision-making skills
