Stores Manager based at Dabaspeth, Bangalore

Job Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Own end-to-end factory stores operations, including receipt, storage, and
issuance of materials.
2. Ensure accurate documentation of all inward materials against Purchase Orders
and outward issues to Manufacturing, Assembly, and Test teams.
3. Conduct physical inventory verification regularly to validate and baseline the
count.
4. Maintain real-time inventory records, stock visibility, and timely identification of
shortages or excess.
5. Implement and enforce stores processes, material traceability, and best
practices to support manufacturing operations.
6. Coordinate closely with Procurement, Logistics, and Manufacturing teams to
ensure smooth material flow and process compliance.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
1. 3–4 years of prior experience in factory stores, warehouse, or inventory
management roles.
2. Good understanding of industrial items, raw materials, consumables, and spares
used in manufacturing environments.
3. Inventory accuracy (% match between system and physical stock).
4. Reduction in missing / untraceable items.
5. Turnaround time for material issue to manufacturing teams.
6. Compliance with inward–outward documentation processes.
7. Timely identification and reporting of stock shortages or excess inventory.
