Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Backend Executive to handle follow-ups, coordination, and backend support for electrical service operations. The role involves working closely with internal teams, clients, and service engineers to ensure smooth execution of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily follow-ups with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Coordinate with service engineers/technicians for job updates and scheduling
• Maintain and update service records, reports, and MIS data
• Track pending work orders, complaints, and closures
• Ensure timely communication between field team and management
• Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and documentation
• Monitor AMC/service schedules and send reminders
• Maintain proper data entry and documentation records
• Support in inventory coordination and service planning

Required Skills:

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of electrical terminology (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and multitasking ability

Qualification:

• Graduate (Any Stream) OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Preferred)

Preferred Profile:

• Freshers or candidates with experience in backend operations / coordination roles
• Experience in electrical/service industry will be an added advantage
