Position Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Inside Sales Manager to spearhead our business development initiatives across international markets.

This is a strategic role reporting directly to the Founder, offering exceptional growth opportunities for ambitious professionals who can deliver results and build lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development

• Drive end-to-end sales cycle for IT software solutions and Odoo ERP implementations

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate US, Australian and Indian markets

• Understand client business challenges and propose tailored technology solutions

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution scoping

• Conduct virtual product demonstrations and solution presentations to prospects

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities

• Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed revenue targets

• Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture long term client partnerships Market Development

• Research and identify new business opportunities in target markets

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape and market dynamics

• Provide market insights and feedback to enhance product offerings

• Participate in trade shows, webinars and networking events

 

Essential Requirements

• Experience: 5-7 years of proven inside sales experience in IT software/SaaS/ERP solutions

• Track Record: Must share specific achievements including: o Quota attainment percentage for last 2-3 years o Average deal size and sales cycle managed o Revenue targets achieved vs. assigned o Client retention and upsell metrics

• Language Skills: Fluent in English and Hindi (written and verbal)

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline, Technical Competencies

• Experience selling enterprise software solutions, preferably ERP systems

• Understanding of software development lifecycle and custom solution selling

• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms

• Knowledge of Odoo ERP ecosystem is a plus

• Basic understanding of cloud solutions, APIs and integration concepts Preferred Skills

• Experience with consultative and solution based selling approaches

• Exposure to international markets, especially US and Australian business culture

• Odoo functional or technical certification (advantageous)

• Track record of selling to SMB and mid-market segments Key Competencies Personal Attributes
