Job Description:

Position: Admin Manager / Facility Manager

Experience: 7–10 Years

Role Summary :

Responsible for end-to-end administrative and facility management of the residence while providing personal assistance support to senior leadership and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and schedules of senior leadership.
  • Coordinate and host guests, visitors, and customers at the residence.
  • Handle all communications, correspondence, and follow-ups.
  • Oversee complete residence operations including security, kitchen, housekeeping, gardening, drivers, and support staff.
  • Manage contracts, vendors, and service deliverables.
  • Ensure upkeep and smooth functioning of the vehicle fleet.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for executives.
  • Coordinate with offices and departments for seamless operations.
  • Support leadership with special projects and ad-hoc requirements.

Skills Required :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in office software and administrative tools.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable working with senior leadership and top management.

Profile:

  • 7–10 years of experience in administration, facility, or residence management roles.
  • Experience in managing high-end residences or leadership support functions preferred.
