Sr. Architect-Design Head

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design team, including architects, interior designers, draftsmen, 3D artists, MEP professionals, and others, to deliver innovative and high- quality healthcare infrastructure designs.
• Lead the end-to-end design process from concept, master planning, and schematic design through to execution.
• Design and implement policies and processes to ensure design excellence, efficiency, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Monitor and assess team performance to ensure effective collaboration, productivity, and consistent design quality across all functions.
• Ensure that all design work meets client requirements, industry standards, and regulatory compliance, particularly for healthcare infrastructure.
• Oversee the creation of comprehensive design documentation, including blueprints, technical drawings, and 3D models.
• Collaborate with sales, project management, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of design concepts during the execution phase.
• Manage client relationships by effectively communicating design progress, addressing feedback, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Continuously evaluate design trends, materials, and technologies to improve the quality and efficiency of design solutions.
• Monitor project performance from design inception to completion, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work within the set scope, time, and budget.
• Conduct periodic reviews and quality assurance checks on design deliverables to ensure consistency and excellence.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to the design team, fostering professional development and skill enhancement.
• Collaborate with senior management, clients, investors, and regulatory authorities to align project objectives, timelines, and design deliverables.
• Present architectural concepts, project progress, and design milestones to both internal and external stakeholders.

Manage client feedback and resolve conflicts in a structured and professional manner, fostering constructive face-to-face interactions over email debates.
