The Senior Sales Manager – Domestic Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth across roadways, highways, construction, and real estate segments. The role involves key account management, business development, channel management, and achieving revenue targets across domestic markets.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage domestic sales operations for roadways, highways, construction, and real estate products

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual and quarterly targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, contractors, builders, developers, and infrastructure companies

Handle key accounts, tenders, and large project negotiations
-
Identify new markets, clients, and distribution channels
-
Coordinate with marketing, production, and logistics teams for smooth order execution

Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance reviews

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team and channel partners
Candidate Profile
Qualification:
Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
Experience:
8–15 years of experience in domestic sales, with mandatory exposure to:

Roadways & Highways projects

Construction & Infrastructure sector
-
Real Estate / Building material products
Key Skills

Strong B2B sales & project sales experience

Knowledge of tenders, EPC contracts, and institutional sales
