Senior Talent Acquisition Executive For Dairy Company At Marine Lines Location

Job Description:

Plan and execute hiring aligned with business needs across units and functions

Manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely closure of positions as per SLAs

Source candidates via job portals, referrals, social media, agencies, ITIs, and campus drives

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and bulk roles

Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, assessments, and salary negotiations

Ensure recruitment compliance, process efficiency, and hiring metrics reporting

Enhance employer branding and deliver a positive candidate experience

Manage pre-joining formalities and coordinate smooth onboarding with HR teams

Skills & Competencies

Strong experience in both blue-collar and white-collar recruitment

Clear communication and strong stakeholder relationship management

Proficient in sourcing tools and local hiring channels

Data-oriented approach with working knowledge of HRMS and MS Office

Ability to handle multiple roles across locations and functions

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate or Postgraduate in HR or Business Administration

3–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in FMCG, dairy, food, or retail

Mandatory experience in bulk and frontline hiring for production and retail roles

Additional Details :

1. Working Days: 6 days (Sunday Off)

2. Gender Preference: Male

3. Working Hours: 8.5 hours per day

4. Salary: ₹37,000 LPA CTC

5. Location: Marine Lines

6. Experience Required: Minimum 3 years

7. Interview Process: Face-to-face (2 to 3 rounds)

8. Payroll Company: Talisman HR Solutions

9. Age Bracket: Up to 40 years

Contract period, auto-renewable or not: 1 year. Can be renewed with evaluation.
