Location - Raipur
Work Time -10.00am to 7.30pm
Work Days - Monday to Saturday
Week Off - Sunday

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project-wise purchase requirements across multiple sites
• Verify and approve Site Purchase Requisitions (PRs) as per BOQ, drawings, and specifications
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure best price, quality, and delivery
• Obtain minimum 3 competitive quotations and conduct detailed rate comparisons
• Prepare, release, and control Purchase Orders (POs) with proper approvals
• Coordinate material delivery, GRN, and site confirmations
• Verify supplier bills in coordination with the Accounts team
• Manage rate contracts, annual price agreements, and vendor performance reviews
• Monitor procurement efficiency with a clear target of 2–3% annual purchase cost savings

🎓 Qualification & Experience

• Graduate (any stream) – mandatory
• 7–10 years of construction purchase experience
• Strong knowledge of Plumbing, Fire Fighting & MEP materials
• Experience with EPC / Contractor-based project environments preferred
