Job Profile:

Through Knowledge of MS-office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) MS-Word: Manual Numbering, working with styles, Page set up, Printing options, References, Field Code, Section Break, Footnote and Endnote, Mail Merge, Mark up etc.
MS-PPT:

Should have good knowledge of colour combination, chart, shapes, drawings, Animation, Transition, Rehearse Timing, Master Slide, Notes Master, Gridlines etc.

MS-Excel: Basic Formulas, Printing option, Format Option, Page Layout, Sort, Filter, Advance Filter, Textto Column, Data Validation etc.

PDF: Well versed with PDF editing, i.e. extracting/inserting pages, Insert Header and Footer, comments, Highlight the text, etc.. Extract Text from PDF using OCR option in Adobe Acrobat.

Business Development: PPT Pitches, Profiles on Website, CVs.

Knowledge Management: Newsletters (Alerts, Bulletin, Updates) on Mailchimp server.

This would involve:
  • introduction to styles, tables, equations, cross references and footnotes. Paragraph formatting (e.g. hanging indent, space before/after, etc).
  • Includes formatting of various types of documents in line with form and style
  • applying styles, inserting table of contents etc.
  • Troubleshooting documents/ Assistance in fixing problems
  • Taking his/her role forward into a full fledged documentation support for lawyers
  • All types of assistance pertaining to formatting and troubleshoot
