International marketing executive
Job Description:
The JD as below:
- Maintaining strong Relationship with Existing customers.
- Finding new customers names and contact detials on google, etc
- Updating clients with new products via email and whatsapp
- Calling customers for new inquiries and requirements.
- Writing down quotations in the inquiry book
- Sending prices, samples and other documents by email to customers
- Negotiating Prices, payment terms with customers for getting orders
- Following up with clients for orders, maintaining records and payments accordingly.
- Having track on exhibitions held for the whole year and arranging meeting during that time
- Contacting visited clients with discussion done & following up on regular basis for requirements
- Targeting clients with specific products in case of stocks
- Coordination with the Purchase department for prices and follow up for dispatches
- Coordination with logistic department for freight and shipment status
- Coordinating with the accounts department for customer payment receipts
