Job Description:
We are looking for a presentable and professional Front Desk Executive to manage front office and administrative operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and hands-on experience in office administration.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the front desk and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner

Handle incoming and outgoing calls, messages, and emails efficiently

Coordinate internal communication and ensure smooth day-to-day admin operations

Monitor and manage pantry supplies and office stationery, ensuring timely replenishment
-
Maintain records and trackers; create and update Excel sheets for admin and office-related data
-
Coordinate with vendors for office and pantry requirements when needed
-
Assist in general administrative tasks and support office operations

In the absence of the Executive Assistant (EA), report updates and coordinate directly with Senior Management

Ensure the front office area is organized and presentable at all times
Requirements
-
3–4 years of experience in a Front Desk / Admin role
-
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic MS Office tools

Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Female Preferred

Strong organizational and coordination skills

Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently

Professional appearance and positive attitude
