Our Global Diabetes Capability Center in Pune is expanding to serve more people living with diabetes globally. Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to transforming diabetes management through innovative solutions and Technologies that reduce the burden of living with diabetes.

This role will provide support for Logistics on MiniMed ERP Systems, including SAP ECC & SAP S4.

Job Description

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Responsible for the solution design and implementation of the SAP Logistics module fulfilling business requirements, consistent with the Company IT global architecture, ensuring robustness, performance, ergonomics, upgradability and simplicity of use.
• Engages with business leaders to understand how strategies and data-driven changes can improve efficiencies and add value.
• Work with data sets to define use cases to improve products, processes and/or services.
• Collaborate with Business Relationship Manager (BRM), business stakeholders and IT Product Owners / Managers to develop business requirements for product or system changes.
• Drives business agenda during solution delivery process.
• Functional Skills: Ability to analyze data and trends in order to develop recommendations to solve business problems.

• Technology: Understanding systems, software and technological concepts, Familiarity with data analysis tools and data modeling methodologies.

• Define detailed specifications for custom development and collaborate with technical teams to ensure quality delivery.
• This role will provide support for Logistics on MiniMed ERP Systems, including SAP ECC & SAP S4

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience required in SAP LE including IM, WM, EWM
• Experience in S/4 HANA implementation and migration experience from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA.
• Must possess the ability to understand business processes and translate the same into SAP Solution
• Must have strong SAP Standard configuration knowledge and knowledge on end to end outbound and inbound logistics scenarios.
• Must have strong cross domain experience to understand the integration touchpoints within different SAP domains and also between SAP and non SAP systems.
• Experience in gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detail specifications for development of custom programs, testing, co-ordination of transports to production and post-go live support
• Experience operating in global, matrixed organizations with cross-functional team structures across geographical locations with diverse nationalities
• Proactive, self-starter and able to take initiative
• Fluent English. Strong written and verbal communication skills
