Job Description:

We are hiring for a City Head – Primary Business  at Pune Location.

Role Overview:
The City Head will be responsible for driving end-to-end business growth for the Primary Real Estate vertical in Pune, including sales, business development, marketing, operations, and complete city-level P&L ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Lead city-level sales, marketing, property onboarding, and customer success
•  Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion
•  Manage and scale high-performing sales and operations teams
•  Own city-level P&L, budgeting, and cost controls
•  Build strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and key stakeholders
•  Ensure SOP adherence, compliance, and superior customer experience

Experience Required:

•  10–15 years of experience in real estate sales / business leadership
•  Strong exposure to primary sales and city-level operations
•  Proven experience in managing large teams and city P&L
•  Deep understanding of the Pune real estate market

•  Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Sheets, and sales reporting dashboards.

Educational Qualifications

•  Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream (MBA preferred).
•  Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate sales.
•  At least 3–5 years in a city or regional leadership role in real estate or allied sectors.
