Job Description:
Position : Maintenance Fitter
Location : Mehsana
Experience: 5 - 10 Years
Industries: Pharma API
Responsibilities:
-
Mechanical Maintenance & Pump Specialization
- Specialist in single and double mechanical seal fitting for all types of process pumps.
- Perform dismantling, assembly, alignment, and overhauling of pumps and rotating equipment.
- Attend and resolve mechanical breakdowns with minimum downtime.
- Process Equipment Maintenance
- Carry out maintenance and troubleshooting of process equipment including:Rotary Vacuum Dryer (RVD),Rotary Vacuum Drum Filter (RVDF),Blender Cooler,Glass Lined Reactor (GLR), Spray Dryer
- Support installation, commissioning, shutdowns, and trial runs of equipment.
- Utility Equipment Maintenance
- Perform routine and breakdown maintenance of utility equipment such as:Boilers, VAM (Vapour Absorption Machine),Chillers, RO Plant ,Cooling Towers ,MEE Plant ,ETP Plant
- Maintenance Systems & Documentation
- Execute Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM),Breakdown Maintenance, and Corrective Maintenance activities.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and job completion reports.
- Support audits and inspections related to engineering and safety.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in mechanical seal fitting (single & double).
- Exposure to Pharma API and Chemical plant equipment (mandatory).
- Knowledge of process and utility equipment maintenance.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Qualification: ITI - Fitter
Salary :- Upto 5.00 LPA
