Position: Human Resource (HR) Manager.
Location: Jabalpur.
Experience: 5+ years in Recruitments & payroll management.
Employment Type: Full-time.
Salary: 5 LPA
Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
o Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and on boarding.
o Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs.
o Ensure compliance with all employment laws during the recruitment process.
2. Payroll Management:
o Manage the end-to-end payroll cycle, including data collection, salary calculations, and managing deductions like taxes and benefits
o Create & Manage the salary structure as per the government compliances
3. Employee Relations & Engagement:
o Act as a liaison between management and employees to address grievances, conflicts, and resolve workplace issues.
o Develop employee engagement strategies to improve workplace culture and productivity.
o Implement programs for employee satisfaction and retention.
4. Compliance & Policies:
o Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
o Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks as needed.
o Handle disciplinary procedures, terminations, and other HR-related legal matters.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Proficiency in generating salary of staff as per government compliances
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
