Job Description:

Role Summary

The Manager / Senior Manager – Communications will be responsible for managing the University’s brand image, media relations, and marketing outreach while driving strategic communication initiatives to enhance visibility, engagement, and reputation.

KRA: Tasks / Activities

  • Manage the university’s brand image, media interactions, marketing outreach, and online presence across digital channels and stakeholders
  • Develop and oversee detailed marketing goals, calendars, and promotional content for outreach activities, events, and brand awareness initiatives
  • Ensure high-quality design and delivery of marketing efforts including promotional campaigns, on-ground advertising, digital marketing, and outreach programs
  • Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring expenditures remain within approved estimates without compromising quality
  • Work closely with senior leadership to communicate the university’s vision and strengthen brand reputation
  • Build awareness and engagement with the Sai University brand across stakeholders
  • Review best practices and maintain awareness of current trends in higher education to enrich future marketing and communication strategies

  • Brand visibility and engagement metrics
  • Effectiveness of marketing and communication campaigns

Skills & Attitude:

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in strategic communications and media relations
  • Experience managing brand image and multi-channel marketing initiatives
  • Proven ability to handle issues management and stakeholder communication
  • Budget planning and marketing calendar management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in higher education or large, complex organizations
  • Exposure to both traditional and new media platforms
