SUMMARY OF POSITION

A high-caliber role acting as the operational backbone of the CMD Office, ensuring execution excellence, cross-functional coordination, and leadership-level performance tracking.
This position requires operational maturity, agility, and a deep commitment to confidentiality, precision, and results. It is suited for someone who can function both as a strategic enabler and a tactical executor.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Act as the operational anchor translating CMD and leadership directives into execution.
2. Track top priorities through MIS, dashboards, and WIP trackers.
3. Ensure strong brand and image recall among workers, vendors, and clients.
4. Coordinate across departments, vendors, and client-facing teams.
5. Drive SOP-led execution, internal audits, and improvement initiatives.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

 Cross functional Departmental Coordination.
 Convert strategic plans into measurable work streams.
 Track execution milestones and leadership priorities.
 Monitor performance across all verticals using dashboards.
 Identify gaps and push corrective actions.
 Handle sensitive data with discretion.
