Position:          Sr. Executive - HR

Location:         Sarigam Near by Vapi

Experience:      5 - 8 Years

Responsibilities.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for all levels within the organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Implement a structured and efficient onboarding process to ensure smooth new hire integration.
• Administer performance management systems and coordinate employee appraisal cycles.
• Identify training needs and organize development programs to enhance workforce skills and productivity.
• Oversee accurate tracking of attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
• Manage employee benefits such as health insurance, PF/EPF, ESI, and gratuity.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records (both physical and digital) and ensure effective utilization of HRMS software.
• Support the implementation of HR processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing grievances and queries effectively.
• Foster a positive work culture through engagement, motivation, and recognition programs.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements under labor laws including EPF, ESI, and Factory Acts.
• Handle disciplinary actions, separations, and terminations in accordance with company and legal guidelines.
