Job Description:

Job Summary:
Marcom manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of the organization's
Marketing and Communication initiatives. The manager’s primary responsibility is to generate revenue by
increasing sales through successful marketing for the entire organization, using market research, pricing, product
marketing, marketing communications, advertising, and public relations.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Strategic Planning and Leadership
o Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and drive sales
growth.
o Set marketing goals and objectives and ensure alignment with the company's strategic vision.
o Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marcom team.
• Market Research and Analysis
o Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive
landscape.
o Analyze and interpret data to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
o Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as
needed.
• Brand Management
o Oversee the creation and management of the company’s brand strategy.
o Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
o Develop and maintain strong brand positioning and awareness.
• Digital Marketing and Innovation
o Lead the digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and
content marketing.
o Stay abreast of new marketing technologies and innovations, and implement those that can
drive business growth.

 

• Product Marketing

o Collaborate with product management and sales teams to define marketing strategies and go-to-
market plans.

o Ensure effective product launches and positioning in the market.
• Budget Management
o Develop and manage the Marcom budget.
o Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
o Track marketing spend and provide regular financial updates to the executive team.
• Partnerships and Public Relations
o Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and media.
o Oversee public relations efforts and ensure a positive company image.
o Manage external agencies and vendors as needed.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
o Develop and manage CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
o Use CRM data to drive marketing decisions and personalize customer interactions.
