Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled 3D Visualizer with proven experience in large-scale hospitality projects such as hotels, resorts, mixed-use developments, and F&B spaces. The role requires strong visualization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate architectural and interior design concepts into high-quality photorealistic visuals.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop high-quality 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs for hospitality projects.
• Interpret architectural drawings, interior layouts, and design briefs to create accurate visual representations.
• Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project teams to align visuals with design intent.
• Produce exterior and interior renderings, including public areas, guest rooms, lobbies, F&B, and amenities.
• Apply appropriate materials, lighting, textures, and environments to achieve realistic outputs.
• Revise visuals based on internal reviews, client feedback, and design changes within tight timelines.
• Explore and integrate AI tools to enhance productivity, image refinement, and conceptual visualization.

Required Experience & Skills
• Prior experience working on large-scale hospitality projects is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of space planning, materials, lighting, and hospitality design standards.
• Ability to deliver photorealistic, presentation-ready renders.
• Good sense of scale, proportion, and detailing.
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
