Job Description:

What are we trying to do? Build a proof-led full-funnel marketing engine that translates real-world deployments into clear, credible market narratives - showing - reduces operational risk, accelerates deposit credit cycles (T+1), and brings control to distributed cash acceptance. The goal is not brand noise, but decision confidence for bank operations, treasury, and technology stakeholders. Our audience includes: ● Bank leadership (Operations, Cash Management, Risk, IT) ● Cash-in-Transit operators ● Enterprise partners and regulators ● External partner teams driving long-cycle deals

2. What will you be responsible for?

Product positioning & market narrative

● Own products are positioned in the market—hardware, software, intelligence, and support as one unified system.

● Translate system capabilities (deposit assurance, anomaly detection, reconciliation accuracy, uptime) into clear business outcomes for banks and CIT operators.

● Ensure all positioning remains credible, differentiated, and regulator-safe, avoiding AI or automation hype. Customer advocacy & proof systems

● Build and scale structured customer advocacy programs across banks and CIT deployments.

● Own creation of case studies, impact notes, before–after narratives, newsletters, and quantified outcome stories that support enterprise sales and credibility.

Content strategy & execution

● Own end-to-end content creation and governance across: ○ Website copy (product pages, use cases, solution explainers) ○ Sales collateral (one-pagers, decks, case studies)

○ Social media content (LinkedIn-first, enterprise-focused)

● Maintain a structured content calendar aligned to product launches, campaigns, and sales priorities.

● Repurpose core narratives into formats usable across sales, events, LinkedIn, partner decks, and internal communications.

Product GTMs & launch execution

● Own go-to-market planning and execution for new products and feature releases.

● Define positioning, launch messaging, timelines, and drive cross-functional coordination to ensure sales, website, and customer-facing readiness at launch. Demand generation & brand campaigns

● Design and execute innovative demand-generation programs including video-led outbound, targeted email content strategies, and account-based campaigns to drive high-intent leads.

● Plan and execute integrated brand-building campaigns, selecting and activating appropriate channels across digital, search, social, events, and conferences.

● Track campaign performance and optimize based on business outcomes, not vanity metrics.

Events & field marketing

● Plan and support industry events, conferences, and partner forums, owning pre-event planning, on-ground coordination, and post-event follow-ups to drive qualified leads and sales conversations.

Partnership marketing

● Plan and execute co-marketing initiatives with partners (banks, vendors, ecosystem players), including joint campaigns, co-branded content, and event collaborations to expand reach and drive qualified demand.
