Job Description:
- To design, develop, and maintain efficient, high-quality manufacturing processes and systems, ensuring operational excellence and profitability in a production environment.

Process Optimization:Analyze current methods, develop improved workflows, and implement changes to increase productivity and reduce costs.

Quality & Standards:Ensure products meet specifications by implementing and monitoring quality control measures.

Problem-Solving:Diagnose production breakdowns, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical solutions.

Safety & Compliance:Develop and enforce safety protocols, ensuring adherence to regulations.

Collaboration:Work with design, quality, and operations teams to integrate systems and processes.

Equipment Management:Determine machinery needs, optimize equipment use, and oversee maintenance.

Staff Support:Train production staff on new processes and machinery operation.

Reporting:Monitor performance metrics and report on production efficiency and quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of CAD software, SPC, and process optimization.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Understanding of safety regulations and quality standards.
- Typically involves both office/design work and time spent on the production floor.
- May require working in shifts or adapting to varied operational demands.
