Job Description:

• Project Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work aligns with approved plans, designs, and specifications.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards and use appropriate materials.
• Health & Safety: Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Coordination: Liaise with clients, subcontractors, architects, and other stakeholders, managing teams and allocating tasks.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve unexpected technical issues and site challenges promptly.
• Planning & Reporting: Prepare site reports, log progress, manage schedules, and calculate material needs.
• Resource Management: Organize site facilities, machinery, and labor efficiently. 

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Civil).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Leadership, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. 

• Make sure the blueprint becomes reality, safely and efficiently.
• Act as the technical link between design and construction.
• Manage the "how" of building, focusing on execution and standards.
