Prepare, draft, and manage official office letters, documents, and reports as per requirements.

Draft and send professional emails to clients, vendors, and internal team members.

Maintain proper documentation, filing, and record keeping in both soft copy and hard copy formats.

Coordinate with internal departments for routine office and project-related activities.

Provide day-to-day back-office support to the team, including follow-ups and task coordination.

Update and maintain data records and trackers as required by management.

Handle basic Excel work, including data entry, formatting, and MIS preparation.

Support preparation of periodic reports and status updates.

Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely management of office documents and data.

Assist in general administrative and computer-related office work as assigned.
Key Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email drafting
- Basic computer skills and typing speed
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Responsible and systematic in managing office work
