Project Sales Manager
Job Description:
This role will progressively take ownership of project sales execution, coordination, and follow-ups for the Company, while working closely with the Director, who will continue to manage key relationships, pricing authority, and final commercial commitments.
This is not a junior sales role. It is a future sales anchor position for a mature professional capable of independently managing complex projects and driving disciplined execution across the sales lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project enquiries end-to-end after initial introduction by the Director
- Act as the primary point of contact for project coordination and execution
- Coordinate with:
- Production for feasibility, capacity, and delivery timelines
- Accounts for credit terms, payments, and collections follow-ups
- Prepare and follow up on project quotations
- Track project-wise:
- SQM / volume commitments
- Delivery schedules
- Payment milestones and receivables
- Attend meetings with contractors, architects, consultants, and site teams as required
- Maintain a monthly project pipeline and sales forecast
- Proactively identify and escalate delivery, pricing, feasibility, or payment risks.
Preferred Background
- 6–10 years of experience in project-based B2B sales
- Exposure to glass, façade, aluminium, building materials, or interiors
- Strong familiarity with the Ahmedabad contractor and builder ecosystem
- Experience in capacity-constrained manufacturing environments
