Job Description:

This role will progressively take ownership of project sales execution, coordination, and follow-ups for the Company, while working closely with the Director, who will continue to manage key relationships, pricing authority, and final commercial commitments.

This is not a junior sales role. It is a future sales anchor position for a mature professional capable of independently managing complex projects and driving disciplined execution across the sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project enquiries end-to-end after initial introduction by the Director
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project coordination and execution
  • Coordinate with:
    • Production for feasibility, capacity, and delivery timelines
    • Accounts for credit terms, payments, and collections follow-ups
  • Prepare and follow up on project quotations
  • Track project-wise:
    • SQM / volume commitments
    • Delivery schedules
    • Payment milestones and receivables
  • Attend meetings with contractors, architects, consultants, and site teams as required
  • Maintain a monthly project pipeline and sales forecast
  • Proactively identify and escalate delivery, pricing, feasibility, or payment risks. 

Preferred Background

  • 6–10 years of experience in project-based B2B sales
  • Exposure to glass, façade, aluminium, building materials, or interiors
  • Strong familiarity with the Ahmedabad contractor and builder ecosystem
  • Experience in capacity-constrained manufacturing environments
