Job Title: Assistant Manager – Branding (BTL)

Location: Bangalore
Department: Marketing / Brand Management
Reporting To: DGM – Marketing

 Role Purpose

The Assistant Manager – Branding (BTL) will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities to enhance brand visibility, support sales teams, and drive market activation across Bangalore and nearby markets. The role requires strong coordination, vendor management, and on-ground execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

BTL Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute BTL activities such as roadshows, dealer meets, retailer meets, exhibitions, demos, and sampling.
  • Execute branding activities at dealer, distributor, and project sites.
  • Support product launches and promotional campaigns at market level.

Sales Enablement & Market Activation

  • Work closely with sales teams to align branding activities with business priorities.
  • Develop and deploy point-of-sale materials (POSM) including banners, standees, danglers, posters, and kiosks.
  • Ensure timely availability and correct usage of branding material in the market.

Vendor & Agency Management

  • Coordinate with creative agencies, printers, fabricators, and event partners.
  • Negotiate costs, manage budgets, and ensure quality execution.
  • Track vendor performance and ensure adherence to timelines.

Brand Visibility & Compliance

  • Ensure brand guidelines are followed consistently across all BTL activities.
  • Monitor branding visibility across retail outlets and project sites.
  • Conduct market audits and take corrective actions.

Budget & Reporting

  • Manage BTL budgets effectively and ensure optimal utilization.
  • Prepare activity reports, ROI analysis, and post-activity evaluations.
  • Maintain MIS and documentation for marketing spends.

  • Strong understanding of BTL marketing & on-ground activations
  • Excellent coordination and execution skills
  • Vendor management and negotiation capability
  • Creativity with a strong eye for branding details
  • Good communication and presentation skills

 Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
  • MBA / PGDM in Marketing preferred

 Experience

  • 4–8 years of experience in BTL branding / activation roles
  • Experience in real estate, building materials, FMCG, paints, or construction chemicals preferred
  • Hands-on experience in Bangalore market is an advantage
