Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, chemical engineering or a related field.

• Experience: 0 -1 year of experience in QA assistant within specialty chemical manufacturing.

• Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of quality systems, documentation, and regulatory standards.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and maintaining QA documentation, records, and reports.

• Support routine quality checks and inspections of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.

• Help monitor compliance with ISO, GMP, and other relevant standards.

• Coordinate with production and R&D teams to resolve quality-related issues.

• Assist in internal audits and regulatory inspections.

• Maintain proper filing of certificates, test reports, and QA-related documents.

• Provide administrative support to the QA Manager and team.
