Job Description:

Admin Job Profile : 

  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate personnel
  • Operational Efficiency: Develop, implement, and enforce office policies, procedures, and workflows to improve productivity. 
  • Do all travel booking for air / train booking, guest house, hotel bookings. To check travel expenses incurred and send for approval to concern dept head.
  • Resource & Budget Management: Oversee office processes, equipment, maintenance, and assist with budget planning and expense monitoring. 
  • Coordination & Communication: Manage internal/external correspondence, schedules, and coordinate with vendors and other departments
  • HR Support: Assist with onboarding, training, and managing personnel records. 

 

Skills:

  • Experience: Proven background as an Admin Manager or similar role.
  • Leadership: Strong team management, coaching, and motivational skills.
  • Organization: Excellent multitasking, planning, and prioritization abilities.
  • Communication: Clear written and verbal skills.
  • Technical: Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Admin or related field often preferred.
