Admin Job Profile :
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate personnel
- Operational Efficiency: Develop, implement, and enforce office policies, procedures, and workflows to improve productivity.
- Do all travel booking for air / train booking, guest house, hotel bookings. To check travel expenses incurred and send for approval to concern dept head.
- Resource & Budget Management: Oversee office processes, equipment, maintenance, and assist with budget planning and expense monitoring.
- Coordination & Communication: Manage internal/external correspondence, schedules, and coordinate with vendors and other departments
- HR Support: Assist with onboarding, training, and managing personnel records.
Skills:
- Experience: Proven background as an Admin Manager or similar role.
- Leadership: Strong team management, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Organization: Excellent multitasking, planning, and prioritization abilities.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal skills.
- Technical: Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Admin or related field often preferred.
