Job Title: Outlet Supervisor – F&B

Job Summary:
The Outlet Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily outlet operations, managing inventory, ensuring smooth sales processes, and supervising staff. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of product quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service to ensure efficient outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily outlet operations to ensure smooth functioning

• Monitor inventory levels, including stock ordering, receiving, and placement

• Train, guide, and supervise outlet staff, including shift planning and attendance

• Ensure outlet cleanliness, hygiene, and proper product display at all times

• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally

• Support achievement of sales targets and monitor daily sales performance

• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff attendance

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and health & safety standards

• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for timely stock deliveries
