Role Overview & Responsibilities:
* Direct sales role responsible for acquiring and managing quality client base
* Generate new business through networking, referrals, and market intelligence
* Build and manage strong relationships with HNI / Privilege clients
* Maintain own portfolio of active clients
* Promote organization’s Focus Products of the Month
* Cross-sell and upsell financial products including: Mutual Funds, Insurance (Life & General), PMS, Structured Products
* Maintain client interaction records, sales pipeline, and business MIS on CRM systems
* Stay updated with local market trends and competitor activities
* Achieve assigned revenue and business targets

Key Skills Required:
* Strong sales and relationship management skills
* Experience in Wealth Management / Broking setup
* Sound knowledge of investment products
* Local market understanding of NCR region
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Client acquisition and portfolio management capability
