Role Overview & Responsibilities:
- Execute buy/sell orders on behalf of clients
- Provide trade confirmations by End of Day (EOD)
- Ensure higher trading volumes and encourage frequent client trading
- Monitor market movements and provide timely market inputs
- Handle equity and derivatives trading for assigned clients
- Cross-sell financial products to existing clients after market hours
- Maintain accurate trading and client records
- Ensure compliance with SEBI, exchange, and internal regulations
Mandatory Certification:
- NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) – Mandatory
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Equity & Derivatives trading
- Experience in retail broking environment
- Ability to manage active trading clients
- Good understanding of market trends
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
