Job Description:

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and ensure HR/site compliance across operations. The role involves coordinating hiring requirements, maintaining statutory records, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies at site level.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
Manage joining formalities, documentation, and employee onboarding
Maintain recruitment trackers and HR databases
HR Operations
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR MIS
Support payroll inputs and coordination with finance/payroll teams
Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Site Compliance & Statutory Requirements
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESI, CLRA, Shops & Establishment, etc.)
Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and licenses at site
Coordinate with consultants, inspectors, and external agencies during audits or inspections
Ensure timely submission of compliance reports and returns
Policy & Discipline
Support implementation of HR policies and code of conduct at site
Assist in handling employee grievances and disciplinary matters
Promote a safe, compliant, and positive work environment
