Role Summary
As a Space & System Consultant, you will work closely with clients in their homes to declutter, organise, and create practical, sustainable systems. This role blends people skills, structure, aesthetics, and hands-on execution.
This is not a desk job and not housekeeping.
It is a client-facing, transformation-focused role.
Key Responsibilities
- Work at client homes to declutter and organise spaces (wardrobes, kitchens, storage, home offices, etc.)
- Understand client needs, emotions, and resistance with empathy
- Design and implement organising systems as per Messmerize standards
- Maintain high levels of discretion, professionalism, and respect
- Collaborate with the founder and lead consultants on projects
- Ensure before–after quality and client satisfaction
- Follow training modules, SOPs, and feedback rigorously
