A Real Estate CEO is the top executive responsible for guiding the company’s strategic vision, overseeing land acquisitions, developments, and investments. Preferred Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, or Finance; Master's degree (MBA) is highly preferred.
- Market Acumen: Deep understanding of market trends, feasibility studies, and competitive threats within the specific region.
