Manager/Team Leader - Operations

The Manager/Team Leader – Operations will be responsible for overseeing campus operations, utilities, security, housekeeping, facilities, vendor management, and student residence services to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient functioning of the University.

KRA: Task / Activities

·  Monitor daily operations of MEP systems, AC, DG, UPS, EB, diesel, water, borewell, and sewage

·  Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules and track AMCs

· Coordinate with vendors for service follow-ups and ensure timely issue resolution 

· Warden attendance management and invoice processing

· Vendor performance reviews, payment coordination, and statutory compliance

·  Oversee security, housekeeping, and campus maintenance activities

·  Manage student residences, facilities, landscaping, billing, and stakeholder coordination

KPI: Performance Metrics

·  Operational uptime and utility efficiency

·  Timely preventive maintenance and issue resolution

·  Campus safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards

·  Vendor performance and cost control

·  Stakeholder satisfaction (students, staff, management)

Required Skills

Preferred skills

·  Strong administrative and operations management experience

·  Vendor coordination and facilities management skills

·  Working knowledge of utilities, security, and campus operations

· Proficiency in MS Office tools

· Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills

·  Experience managing student hostels or residential facilities

· Exposure to large campus or institutional operations
