Mechanical Maintenance Manager

Job Description:

• Ensure incident-free operations by strictly following INEOS Styrolution SHE guidelines, Life Saving Rules, PTW, MOC, and legal requirements. Actively support BBS, HAZOP, audits, and sustainability initiatives.

• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment (HIPS, GPPS, utilities, boilers, refrigeration, bagging, DM/Nitrogen plants, etc.) to ensure high availability and reliability.

• Coordinate safe startup, shutdown, and normal plant operations with Production as per OEM and SHE standards.

• Plan and execute PM/PdM through SAP-PM, maintain equipment history, conduct root cause analysis, and minimize downtime through effective troubleshooting.

• Maintain environmental facilities (WWTP, utilities) in compliance with statutory requirements.

• Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 systems; ensure statutory inspections of boilers, pressure vessels, lifting tools, and thermic fluid.

• Manage critical spares, update BOMs and task lists in SAP, and ensure readiness of standby equipment.
